My Story
I began my HR journey in the hospitality industry, where I quickly discovered a talent for people management and problem-solving. From there, I transitioned into in-house HR leadership roles, where I gained invaluable experience supporting businesses through challenges, compliance, and growth. But my true passion lies in helping companies at the start of their HR journey—working closely with business owners to create tailored strategies that set them up for success.

I founded my consultancy because I saw how many businesses were let down by impersonal, generic advice. Too often, companies were handed cookie-cutter templates or stuck waiting in call queues for help that didn’t fit their needs. That’s not real HR consultancy. My mission is to provide a truly personal service—working as an extension of your business and giving you the dedicated support you deserve.
Outside of work, I enjoy the great outdoors—hiking and climbing in Snowdonia—and I’m an avid sailor. I also have a passion for music, performing as a classical singer in my spare time. My personal life mirrors my approach to work: dynamic, disciplined, and always striving to achieve new heights.
